What is the process to get started?

MCE Brand Solutions will establish a wholesale account with your company. We send a purchase order, pay the invoice and arrange the shipment.

What type of pricing does MCE Brand Solutions need?

Wholesale pricing is what we are looking for. Keep in mind, the more money we are able to make selling your products the more there is to invest in enhancements. Healthy margins help us go faster!

Does MCE require a contract?

No. In fact, there is virtually no risk to working with us. We buy products, we sell them on Amazon and we reorder every 30-45 days depending on sales velocity. If, at any point, MCE is no longer a good fit for your company we will go our separate ways.

Does MCE have a brick-and-mortar storefront?

We do not have a storefront, in fact, we prefer it that way. We excel at selling products on Amazon. Our team focuses all of their time on what we do best, optimizing the e-commerce retail space on the Amazon platform. We leave the brick and mortar to the people that do that best.

Where do you want me to ship the products?

Typically, it is best if they go directly to Amazon where they will be fulfilled and shipped to the end consumer. Sometimes, it is necessary to ship products to our warehouse and our shipping team will prep the products and ship them to Amazon.

How long does it take before MCE will start optimizing my listings on Amazon?

During the first 30-45 days, we gather sales metrics and data to help us create a strategic plan. Then, as we continue to make sales on Amazon, the money we make will be used toward enhancements. More sales equal more profit which results in listing upgrades.

Does MCE create a new product page on Amazon for the products?

No, we don’t want to cause customer confusion by duplicating the product page. We will simply join the existing Buy Box and go into rotation with the current sellers.

Our product is classified as Hazmat, can MCE sell it?

Yes, we are Hazmat approved by Amazon. All we will need is the SDS for any products categorized by Amazon as hazardous.

Who handles product returns and customer service?

We do. Any returned item that is sold from our inventory on Amazon.com, is processed by our team. All customer refunds and questions are handled by Amazon and MCE Brand Solutions.

Does MCE expect to be our exclusive Amazon seller?

No, we don’t require exclusivity. However, we have earned our way to exclusivity with companies we currently sell for which is a benefit for the brand. If that is an option with your brand, we are willing to earn it!

Our focus is on Amazon.com in the United States. There is an abundance of opportunity in the US and we show brands how to capitalize on that marketplace.
